Diigo: Beyond Bookmarking…WAY Beyond

I have not used DIIGO, although I think I learned about it a long while ago, signed up for an account, and then promptly FORGOT ABOUT IT!

I was alerted to this fact by a recent post at Cliff's Notes Blog.

He posted this video on his site and I have embeded it here for you to view. It looks best if you can make it full screen because some of the information is typed into websites and the font is very small.

Will you get moving with this tool soon? I am thinking it will be a time saver in ways I had never imagined!

Let me know how you like it.

The Less you SHARE, the Less POWER you have...

WOW! that is a pretty heavy statement, but I understand where it is coming from, especially in these days with the internet and the global community.

Dean Shareski's post is what got me thinking about this concept.

I know there was at least one other bog post that referred to this concept (or perhaps another blog post was what started Dean thinking!) Which came first, the chicken or the egg?

I am not sure and am too tired right now to search through my blog roll. Maybe Liz Davis , Vicki Davis , Jen Wagner , Jeff Utecht , or Will Richardson ... somebody else mentioned that we should SHARE and that we should MODEL sharing to our students.

Onward, and upward. Let's do it!
